Example - Change/ Reorganisation
Client: Public Sector, National Agency
Problem: Improve efficency and performance of an agency with a high public profile, to meet central government directives.
Solution: Engaged senior stakeholders to align on need for change, and develop the agency's vision. The new operating model was designed capable of delivering a transformed customer focus, at lower cost and with higher efficiency. We worked with people from across the country, from senior managers to junior staff, to build ownership of the new ways of working, and implement the new design. New jobs were introduced, and exisiting jobs were changed to align with the organisational design.
Outcome: The design was agreed and implemented; required organisational and cultural changes were achieved, and performance was improved to meet the agreed targets.
