In periods of significant change, such as in Start-up, Spin-off or Carve-out situations, putting in place long term support services can be problematic. The support needs during this period can be significantly different to those once steady state has been reached. Since we support and understand the change processes, we ensure support services are consistent with needs.
Recognising this, we have developed two interim managed service solutions to help clients through these periods of change.
IT Desktop and Network Support - available for short to medium term durations, typically up to 200 users. Includes hardware, applications, communications and resource to cover Levels 1 to 3 and deskside support. For scale of more than 200 or so users, we work in partnership with our IT partner, Endava.
Purchasing and Sourcing - can be scaled to any size. We will set up and operate procurement processes, and put in place competitive contracts. Engagements typically start with a diagnostic that seeks to be self-funding, by switching indirect categories into existing contracts at our disposal.
