Lance is a chemical engineer and MBA by profession, originally in the Oil and Gas industry, before moving on to senior sales, marketing and general management roles in the financial services industry.
His consulting career has included strategy development, senior change leadership and performance improvement roles with clients in sectors such as Oil and Gas, Financial Services and Public Sector. In addition, Lance works with SME organisations, normally at board level, to develop and implement strategy and strategic improvement.
Lance's experience includes organisational design, Business Process Reengineering and process improvement. He combines a successful career in leading sales and marketing organisations with improving operations, notably production and supply chain.
