Client: Major Global Pharmaceutical and Healthcare Company
Problem: The launch of a new Over-The-Counter medicine was being jeopardised by the short supply of product from their strategic manufacturing partner. Without rapid resolution, the launch, the first mover market position and subsequent sales were threatened.
Solution: Worked with both companies to model the relationship between the two firms, using Enterprizer software. Used the model to identify areas of misalignment in the relationship. Aligned both companies around the need for change, areas for improvement and ongoing relationship management.
Outcome: Production output to our client was doubled within one month of the project, thereby assuring sufficient supply to support launch and rapid market growth.
