Pathfinders identifies strategic disruptions, and then works with clients to help them to understand and respond to them. Our services around defining and implementing strategic change include defining strategic direction; restructuring and reengineering the operating model, and maximising value from partnerships, alliances and JVs. To drive down costs, we have deep expertise in procurement and outsourcing.
We are currently helping organisations respond to two strategic disruptions in particular: the drive to Low Carbon (including legislation such as CRC and EU ETS), and the HMRC Authorised Economic Operator scheme.
