People - Valter Johansson
Valter is a professional management consultant with over 20 years experience of advising senior management on the application of Information Technology for business value. During his consulting career he has worked with many leading organisations both in the private and public sector, and has substantial experience of post-merger and post-acquisition transformation processes.
He was a senior manager with Nolan Norton & Co, the leading IT consulting company renowned for it’s Stage Theory; how organisations mature in their use of IT, and how to measure IT performance. Following that he was an associate director at CSC, and CSC Index, the company’s strategic consulting arm, which was the originator of Business Process Reengineering.
Before joining the consulting profession Valter was a business controller for Bostik Chemical Group in Germany.
Valter is a Swedish national who is fluent in several European languages. His other business interests include the Scandinavian benchmarking specialist firm IT Optima, which has a unique way of measuring business value and benchmark IT performance.
