Since formation in 2002, we have helped major global corporations, public sector agencies, and small to mid sized enterprises (SMEs) deliver change through operating model transformation, sourcing excellence and partnerships. We are experienced in post-merger, post-acquisition and spin-off support, where flexibility and rapid change is required. Our functional specialisms lie in IT, Sourcing and Supply Chain.

Our strategy and change work in Carbon reduction has led to the recent formation of IPCEM, a venture between Pathfinders and products supplier, Ixian Solutions, that optimises return on investment from energy and carbon management.
